Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond meal 
- 1 1/2 cup buckwheat flour 
- 1 teaspoon baking powder 
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 
- 3 ripe, medium bananas 
- 1/4 cup coconut milk 
- 1/4 cup maple syrup 
- 1/4 cup peanut butter 
- 2 eggs 
Method:
- Combine the wet ingredients and blend until smooth 
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to combine 
- Once batter is formed pour into a lined baking tin 
- Bake for 40 mins at 180 degrees 
- Serve warm with coconut oil, nuttelex or butter
