Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond meal

  • 1 1/2 cup buckwheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • 3 ripe, medium bananas

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 2 eggs

Method:

  • Combine the wet ingredients and blend until smooth

  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to combine

  • Once batter is formed pour into a lined baking tin

  • Bake for 40 mins at 180 degrees

  • Serve warm with coconut oil, nuttelex or butter
