Pomegranate Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (at least 50% cacao)

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup  

  • 2 pomegranates, deseeded

  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

Method:

  • Stir choc chips and coconut oil in saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth

  • Add maple syrup to the chocolate mixture and stir to combine

  • Pour chocolate onto lined baking tray, spread evenly

  • Top with pomegranate seeds

  • Sprinkle desiccated coconut

  • Place flat in the freezer for about 20 mins
