Pomegranate Chocolate Bark
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (at least 50% cacao)
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 pomegranates, deseeded
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Method:
Stir choc chips and coconut oil in saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth
Add maple syrup to the chocolate mixture and stir to combine
Pour chocolate onto lined baking tray, spread evenly
Top with pomegranate seeds
Sprinkle desiccated coconut
Place flat in the freezer for about 20 mins
